“If I could just get started in those fields…that’d be great!”

Well up for the weekend for a couple of reasons…one was simply to see where the fields are at. As you can see, there’s still a foot of snow on our fields. Over in Montoursville, the snow is all but gone, but a different story this far north of I80, plus the far sits up on a plateau above town so Winter hangs on a bit longer up here.

Was hoping to get the rebuilt starter back into the tractor and fire it up, get some assessment if the hops are starting to poke through, and a few other tasks but not in the cards quite yet. Warmer temps forecasted this week, so hopefully, I can at least get these smaller tasks underway for the time being.
